Small teamNo layers and no committees. What you build, customers use.
Ship in week oneReal responsibility from the start, because there is nobody else to do it.
Honest about scopeWe pay properly and we do not hire ahead of revenue.
We answer the phoneTo customers, and to each other. Not a ticket-queue kind of place.
How we work

A small team that ships real things.

Four things that are true of working here, and that would be obvious in your first fortnight anyway.

01

Close to the customer

Everybody here has spoken to a customer. It is very hard to build the wrong thing when you have heard somebody explain the right one.

02

Hybrid, UK-based

Together in person part of the week, and trusted to get on with it the rest of it.

03

Built to last

We would rather grow slowly and still be here in ten years than burn through somebody else’s money.

04

No theatre

No performance reviews about performance reviews. Do good work, say what you think, go home.

Two ways in

There is no advert up. Write anyway.

Most of the people here arrived by one of these two routes rather than by answering a job ad.

Introduce yourself

If you are good at something we clearly need, tell us what it is and point at something you have made. That is more useful than a CV and much more useful than a covering letter.

Send it to hello@blinki.co.uk. Somebody reads all of them.

Work with us as a supplier

Designers, copywriters and developers who take on built-for-you projects are how a lot of the work gets done, and that relationship often turns into something more permanent.

Same address, and tell us the sort of work you want more of.
