Tell us about the business on Monday, see a draft by Friday. We do the design, the words and the photographs, and then it is yours to change whenever you like.
Quoted on what it needs. Every page is eight to ten sectionsYou get a draft to react to rather than a blank page to fill in, because reacting is much easier than starting.
A short call or a form: what you do, who for, where, and what you want people to do when they land.
Layout, words and photographs, put together properly and shown to you as a real page rather than a picture of one.
Changes are expected and included. We work through them until it reads like you.
We publish it on your domain, and from that day you can change anything yourself by clicking on it.
Every job is quoted on what it actually needs. This is the list our own quote builder works from, so you can see exactly what goes into that quote before you ask for one.
| Item | Price | Charged | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| A page | Quoted | Each | Eight to ten sections, designed, written and built. Most small business sites are three to five pages. |
| A single section | £39.99 | Each | For a page that genuinely only needs a few sections, priced by the section instead. |
| Blog set up | £349.99 | One-off | Settings, a listing page and a post template, handed over ready to write in. |
| Logo design | £54.99 | One-off | One logo, two revisions, final files as SVG, PNG and JPG. |
| Logo design, three concepts | £109.99 | One-off | Three different directions to choose from, then we refine the one you pick. |
| Brand guidelines | £119 | One-off | Colours, type, voice and a do-and-do-not sheet, so everything after this matches. |
| SEO copywriting | £150 | Per page | Keyword research and page copy written to rank, rather than the basic copy that comes as standard. |
| Competitor analysis | £49.99 | One-off | What the other three in your town are doing, how they are positioned, and where the gap is. |
| Another language | £99 | Per language | Page copy and the site’s own wording translated and built in. |
| Fast track | From £99 | One-off | Priority in the queue. The price depends on how big the job is. |
| Accessibility work | £44.99 | Per hour | A WCAG review and the fixes that come out of it. |
| Five more revisions | £150 | One-off | If you want to keep going past the rounds included in the build. |
A typical small business site is three to five pages, plus anything from the extras you want. Tell us what you need and we will price it. Hosting it afterwards is £24.99 a month.
A page here means a designed page. The number of sections is the designer’s call, but this is the shape of what arrives.
Send us the address of the site you have now and our designers will redo the homepage properly. No charge, no obligation, and nothing to cancel. If you like it, we build the rest. If you do not, you have lost nothing and gained a second opinion.
This is the part that separates a build from a lock-in, and it is worth being clear about before you buy rather than after.
Click a headline, a price, a photo or your opening hours and change it. No ticket, no invoice, no waiting for us.
Registered in your name. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
£24.99 a month, the same as anybody else pays. There is no premium for having had us build it.
Extra pages, seasonal changes, a new section. Priced from the same list, and never compulsory.
Most people choosing a built-for-you service are choosing between an agency, a freelancer and doing it themselves.
| Blinki | A local agency | A freelancer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What a five-page site costs | Quoted per project | £3,000 to £8,000 | £800 to £2,500 |
| Every line itemised before you commit | |||
| You can edit it yourself afterwards | Sometimes | Sometimes | |
| Free redesign before you commit | |||
| Domain, mail and phone on the same bill | |||
| Still reachable in two years | Depends | ||
| Fixed monthly cost to keep it live | £24.99 | Usually a retainer | You arrange hosting |
Neither stops most people, but both are better said before you pay than after.
A freelancer on a marketplace will do it for less. A city agency will charge several times more and put a team of six on it. We sit deliberately in the middle: designed properly, priced from a published list, and built on a platform you can run yourself afterwards.
If what you want is a brand strategy programme, we are not that. If what you want is a good five-page site that brings in work, we are.
A draft comes back to you quickly. What decides the finish date after that is how fast you look at it and tell us what you think.
The jobs that run long are almost always the ones waiting on a photograph or a decision about wording. We will chase you, politely, because a site that never launches helps nobody.
Including the ones about leaving, because a page that will not answer those is hiding something.
Quoted on what it needs. Each page is eight to ten designed sections, and most small businesses want three to five pages. We quote the whole job up front, itemised, so you see what every part of it costs before you commit. Keeping it live afterwards is £24.99 a month, the same as anybody else pays.
Because a package price is a guess, and it is either too much for a simple site or too little for a proper one. Per page, you can see exactly what adding a services page or a second location costs before you agree to it.
Send us the site you have now and our designers redo the homepage, properly, with your own content in it. There is no charge and no obligation, and you can walk away with it having cost you nothing.
A first draft comes back quickly and the rest depends mostly on how fast you can look at it and tell us what you think. If you have a fixed date to hit, say so at the start and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
Yes, basic copywriting is included in the build and it is written in your voice. If you want copy researched and written to rank in search, that is the SEO copywriting line at £150 a page.
We will source appropriate photography as part of the build, and if you have your own we would rather use those. We do not send a photographer; if your business genuinely needs original photos, get them taken and we will build around them.
Yes, and this is the point of building it here rather than anywhere else. Every headline, price, photo and opening time is a field. Click it and type. You do not have to come back to us and you do not have to pay for a typo.
Enough to get it right. Changes are expected during the build and we work through them. If you want to keep changing things well past that, further rounds are £150 for five and £280 for ten.
Yes. Products are built as real pages on your own site. Tell us roughly how many products you have when you brief us, because that changes the shape of the job.
The build covers the mechanics: page titles, descriptions, clean addresses, a sitemap, speed and a site that works on a phone. Ranking above competitors for a competitive term is a longer job, and that is what the SEO copywriting is for. Anybody promising you page one for a fixed fee is guessing.
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you leave, you take the domain with you and we will help you export the content.
Then look at moving it across instead, which we do for nothing. Rebuilding from scratch is only worth paying for if the thing you have is genuinely not working.
£54.99 for one logo with two revisions, or £109.99 for three concepts to choose between. Both come with the final files in SVG, PNG and JPG so you can use them anywhere.
The build is a one-off job, paid for once. The hosting afterwards is monthly with no minimum term and no notice period.
We will redesign your current homepage before you spend anything, so you can see exactly what you would be buying.
